Guy's, what is the most common cause of air bubbles in the fuel line that goes to the carb? (other than the obvious bad connection).

I was just running my savage x, and I noticed the rpm's were reving up a bit off and on when trying to stop or Idle. Upon inspection I saw some little bubbles in the fuel line. This just started,(or maybe not?) and up until now, It was keeping a very steady Idle throttle, except when commanded to change.

I would appreciate some Ideas on this guy's, Thank,, I'll check back tomorrow and see if anyone can help me sort this out.

put a fuel filter on the line....It'll help break them up and keep it pretty clear....I have them on all my trucks

Also, look where your fuel tank mounts to the truck....There should be little black o-rings there. Cut some fuel tubing and put them in place of the o-rings(it'll make it a firmer mount and not as much rattling).
