broken jr servos

I have broken two Jr Z590M's servos within an hour.. I am really clueless do how its happening but they are cracking at the head near where the arm goes. I have a pic ill post later. Any ideas what it may be?

ok so its not the cold doing it. are you running the stock savage 21 steering linkage

Send it back to jr they should replace it for free

Yeah stock 21 Linkage just using a dynimate horn. Its happened twice with 2 servos. Might call jr and ask what's up..thanks svagaeman.

Yeah that's comp!! Gonna looking into that don't they sell a heavy duty spring?

No prob hyp i know that i had two 9100's go out in one day. So i would send it in to them telling them what happened and tell the what receiver pack you run. They like to say you ran a LiPo reciver pack, But they will still fix it

i have never seen one break like that, did you maybe over tighten them?

I didnt do anything to them. I'm thinking the servo saver ( mines without the spring) might have caused stress on the gears that caused it to bulge out causing the crack.
