Posted this question before but now I have new info.

The only thing I have not been able to get to work satisfactroily are the brakes. adjust up down etc etc, put in tubes, clean with alchol on and on.

after my episode (crash ) today I noticed the phillips screw holding the assembly together was loose. There is no way to get at this screw without an offset phillips or taking a bunch of stuff apart.

Should this screw be tighed downed and every thing else adjusted accordingly?

Thanks

the screws will back out if there is too much force from the brake setting...adjusted to tight in linkage....that is my experience.
Are these the metal dual disk or the red fiber dual disk brakes?
