brake pads broke again!!!!

hi guys,
yes it is me again, I was using my savage when the brakes just didn't work I had a look and the pad material has ripped of the metal this is the second time this has happened. I have twin vented metal hot bodies brakes.
has this happened to anyone else?
what is the best brake pad a disk brake set-up for you guys?
I have heard that the twin fibreglass is the best, is that true?
I do apologize for all the questions.

yes the fiberglass disks are said to be the best, alot of members love them............
