bottom plate for the savage x4.6

hi guys do u think its a good idea to get a bottom plate for the bottom of my savage so it wont get damaged?
if so where is the best place to get one

any bottom plate is good, don't matter what brand or cost just make sure it fits your truck, theres a few on the bay of e

rpm makes a very good skid plate for not too much $$

Skid plates are a good investment. Stick with the RPM plates. You don't want aluminum, it'll just dent and break.

RPM makes some very nice stuff for many RC vehicles

Add another person agreeing to the majority - yes skid plates are certainly a good thing. To add to Jams link, you can see here that RPM makes skid plates in black as well.

I need to get one soon. I have one on the Flux. The X4.6 is a piece of Coroplast cable tied on. Works so far...lol!
