big joe tire balancing?

recently installed a set of big joe tires and find they are heavy on one end. Whats the best way to balance a set of tires. They have been belted with gorilla tape. They are way out of balance and I want to eliminate the vibration to prolong bearing life. Would sticky lead weights of 1/4 oz be too much to start with?
they were out of balance before thet were taped.

use JB weld on the inside of the rim. Do you have a balancer?

no balancer was just gonna put some weight on opposite end an try different weight until it feels smooth
