Use any liquid lube you want or prefer. Clean bearing first, your choice how you do that also. Drop bearings in a small glass jar, cover bearing with liquid lube, using a vacuum pump, or food vacuum system with a lid attachment, pull a vacuum on jar. All air will be vacuumed out and replaced with lube. I know not everyone has a vacuum pump, but a lot might have access to a food vacuum system. Most come with attachment hoses. Use a small mason jar & lid, just drill a hole same size as hose fitting. Have extra lid and save left over lube till needed again. No need to remove seals just to lube and hope you do not damage seal! All excess lube will be pushed out as bearing spins.

Just dropping lube on the outside will not work as good as this method!

sorry I cannot endorse this method.... it will overlube and cause a mess when the extra lube spins out and gets all over the hubs and related parts

I use my old Heli lube on all my RC trucks and buggies with a drop on each side of the bearing and turning it with the axle or by hand. I don't over lube and a tiny drop goes far in a bearing. When they are removed, I put them in a small container, soak in WD40, clean and dry then lube and replace.

But yeah, don't over lube tho. Attracts and allows dirt and dust to stick when running! That and what Jam said....I use to have it all sprayed around in tiny spots!

On a side note...any quickie threadlock drops should be allowed to dry fully! If not...it gets sprayed all over too...lol!
