Best Radio For Savages

Hey everyone,

I don't know if this has been asked before and excuse me if it has but what Radio does everyone recommend?

Have a JR XS3 but want to upgrade.

I am using a Spektrum DX2 on my Savage and love it. I know a lot of people who use Spektrums and the Futuba Fasst radios.

i just looked on line & it says your current radio is fm 75 Mhgz which isnt bad for bashing.

what features are you looking for in a new Radio System & how much money do you want to spend?

I'm looking at the futaba
3PM 2.4GHz

overkill? no-way. thats what i have & bash-only at this point. plan to race my buggy with it (if i ever get it all put together).

Hands down Futaba FASST 2.4. I Run 2 3PM's and are awesome radios for the price. The 3PM is not over kill it is a great basher radio and is a great racer video unless your going all out.

3pm ands down buddy. huge range and if your ever in a big group of people you never have to worry about interference because the radio finds its own channel and blocks everyone else out of it. it fairly cheap on tower right now too.

The 3pm 2.4ghz is the way to go at a very reasonable price.

Well I went down to my local hobby shop and picked up the 3PM radio. I will post a pic of it in my overhaul tread.
