i got an axial engine its strong, working fine and everything but, just today i try to start it and the pull start is loose, the piston doesn't go up and down like it should. The flywheel does not rotate a single bit its almost like you're pulling the pull start by itself before installing it on the engine.

Its like the pull start is disconnected from the engine or something....

does any1 know the answer????? maybe i need a new backplate or something.....

I would guess that your one way bearing has crapped the bed. They are cheap and easy to replace, no worries. What fuel are you using? I have and Axial .28 and haven't replaced the OWB ever. It has three gallons on it.

i run 30% i think i got more than 3 gallons through it..... any idea how much they owb cost??

Most of the time, It just takes a good cleanning of the OWB and the bearing race to get it back in order... Nitro cleanner and a clean dry rag to wipe it down. Then seal the pull start plate with RTV.
