axial beadlocks!

so i just ordered them... , lol , thing is is I haven’t ordered tires for them yet…. I was going to go with the road rage 40’s but I don’t know if it’s a good idea, since I have no experience with rc I figured I would ask before spending my money..

here is what I do, will do, I will drive it in parking lots and parcs, in other words I wont be doing hard bashing and I WANT TO BE ABLE TO DO SOME WHEELIES! Btw it’s a xss 4.6 and I don’t want to change my spur combo yet… if I have to I will

what do you recommend I order?

you can only use 40s tires with those nd they is not much due to all 40s tires are huge and with huge tires with the stock motor no wheelies

the thought of not glueing my tires appealed to me so i got the beadlocks
and some big joe monkey tire dan right no wheelies but that can be a goodthing, I'm gonna try the 40 s bowties let ya know

i use moabs lol the beadlocks and the tires cancle out the wheelies but when i put on my crimefighters they stick to the track wich is a good thing

I heard that the screws come loose alot but thats just what i have heard

they do come loose due to vibrations just go by and tighten to snug and you will be fine

sav539 your savage looks good but it looks to be sitting taller than mine. Whats the distance from the center of the chassis where the transmission to the table. oh and the wheels and tires look good

yes they are 40 series,and yes i had to change the hubs from 14mm to 17mm i used hpi 17mm hubs u can see them in the bottom right of the pic,and thanks i like the wat they look too

lol no its paint black over color changing paint when its still wet style,i thought it was dry but i guess not it ran a little turned out good but it is peeling now and the bed is almost cracked off the cab.Bodys don't last to long on my trucks
