axial .28 spec1 vs axial .28rr spec1

axial .28 spec 1 from slap ma fro for 109.99 or the axial .28rr spec 1 for 140 off of ebay. is the rr really 30 dollars better?

I had an RR for a bit and had nothing but troubles with it. From what I have heard from the few that have gotten the RR to run it is a strong motor. Its got more ports and should rap more RPM's which will make anything screem better. I'm not sure which is the best way to go personally for me it would be Axial, I would go Picco or LRP.

I love the spec 1s engines. Just watch the mid range needle. I have had 3 of these engines and in 2 of them the needle would decide to move on its own. I just added some loctite to the needle threads and sealed the outside of the needle with gasket maker and haven't had an issue since. Its a great engine for the price and I really have a blast with mine.
