OK, I have been working on a Mach porting and polishing. I am done with it for the most part however I have decided to fill/stuff the crank. I did it last night using some Threebond 1211. It has been roughly 12 hrs since I did it. The container says 24 hrs cure and best is 3 days. My scare is that its still fairly soft. Is this how the stuff is or will it harden up???

From what I have used before called Honda bond or yamabond it gets hard. This stuff should be the same stuff granted it's only 12 hrs. Have any of you used this before, if so does it get hard?

The crank looks great by the way as far as the filling goes. I can post Pict's later as I have some taken just not uploaded.

I have two cranks filled with 3bond. Both are hard. Modders do it to reshape the fuel pick up. Helps deliver fuel more effeciently. Some manufactures have also caught on to this. Check out the Picco jlr.12 red dot.
