Anyone know where this came from?

Hey guys, I am just wondering what the part is or where its from that is on the end of the crank which has the bolt threw it and is holding the clutch on. I had a buddie that just gave it to me saying to use that instead of the washer which is really nice but I would like to get another one just don't know where to find it, so have any of you seen this part before?

This is a far superior setup to the brass bushing. I have been running this setup all year and no wear yet.

I bought the Ofna setup just to shim my cb and the cone washer was a plus. That stuff Blazer X put up looks real nice and comes with 6pcs. Might have to go that route next time.
