AM upgrade and newbie questions

id like to go with a newer failsafe upgrade radio system and wondering all what i would need,. I realize i need a new transmitter/remote and the receiver. My question is(which i cant seem to find it in the threads) will i have to upgrade my servo's or will the stock servo's / battery plug in to the new receiver. thanks again for any help

Stock servos will all work. With upgraded radios you're just changing the method of communication as well as getting a few new features.

Wondering what kind of AM reciever do you have?(Not related to anything just a question)
