am i damage new engine ?

this happen yesterday

i wanna breakin my engine..

but when the engine start ~~ it JUST REV UP !!! instantly around 5sec...
then i shocked.. so i immediately Stop it ~~ by push the caburator closing abit

phew luckly that time engine still at room temperature around 38-40celcius ~

now seems she fine... nothing weird happen with the engine.. so i keep runnning it ..

i just really worry it will damage so i ask.... coz is new F4.6 engine...

i JUSt SooOooO worry may be it already got internal damage...

..
i check the compression everything look find and ezzzy to start

Probably clutch issue .. Check that out first

Sounds like a clutch problem for sure. Try checking the springs on the clutch.

it not my clucth is because of i accidently gave it 70% trottle because i forgot to switch on the radio 1st... >.< so i keep revvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv up untill i on my radio and make it natural :duh: if a new engine... revvvvvvvvvvv up once start for 5 sec.... does it kill my engine ? but no over heat ?

you will be fine. there is a member here that didnt even break in his engine, and hasn't had a single problem yet. as far as i know. i used 4 break in tanks on my LRP, and its running stronger and stronger every tank!

youll be fine bro...had a couple incidents like that & when i had the 1/2 tank lean, it ran WICKED HOT a couple runs & its midtanked now & purrs like a kitten..
