I like the FLM products. I just received a set of their LCG TVP's. However I don't really want to add too much weight to my project truck if not absolutly nesessary . Thanks for the info.

lorin, addin a little more weight is ok as long as you add a little more horsepower to go with it.....:evilrocker: :evilrocker: :evilrocker: :evilrocker:

The FLM bulks are bad arse, but 191 grams each. Thats 6.7 ounces each. you'll be adding almost a pound to your truck. Thats a lot of weight. I have contemplated these cases many times.

yes i've been contemplating going for aluminum bulkheads myself and get the cen diffs done and put in but as of now I'm just running the 4.1 as i blew the xtm 457 lol so i don't think this poor little engine would like the extra weight lmao!!

I am from the school of racing that has the belief that the more weight you can eliminate the faster the truck can run . It also helps the handling. When you take into account that the traxxas trucks( "THE SAVAGE'S ARCH RIVALS" ) weigh 2 pounds less you should be concerned about adding wieght if you are racing. If you are bashing it is not as important though.
