air filter

i have a air filter but i don't no how well it works are there any tips or tricks to find out how well it works.(its black fome so i carnt see the dirt on it)

is it the motorsaver air filter? If not, get one. Only brand I would trust. JUst be on the safe side and clean the filter every 2-3 tanks.

I go to the auto store and buy the K@N filter kit. its like 9 buck and will last for a very long time. It has filter cleaner and filter oil. cleaner works great filter oil is red so you spray it on blot it with a paper towel and your done. the red color make it easy to see if you have the filter oiled.. and like MW said motor saver's the best..

iv heard bad things bout k+n filters for nitro engines. (??)

no not the filter, the oil and clearner kit. K@N filter for any nitro is junk..... but the filter cleaner and oil work great..... I use motor saver filter's and K@N filter oil and cleaner kit..
