My 3rd gear don't seem like its kickin in i haven't herd it cross over yet

Try adjusting it.

is the engine running good and reaching proper rpm ? caz the trans relys on rpm to shift properly, if is runnin fine try adjusting the 3rd gear setting to shift a bit sooner, look in the manual for where it should be set and start there....

Also make sure you have the screw before adjusting it. The adjust screw is in "pocket" on the clutch. It's right next to the set screws that hold the clutch on. What I always when adjusting shift points is lock out the 3rd gear by turning the screw all the way in and adjusting the 1-2 shift point first then work on the 2-3 shift point. That way, you know it's shifting properly. You'll have to remove the gear set to adjust the 1-2 shift point. It's a long process but the easiest way.
