3 speed wait i don't see hole when i opened?????

guys i looked at the manuel u guys sent me sorry for being a noob but i opend up my trans takes about 8 min i looked at the only hole to adjust 2nd to 3rd is the same one u can adjust on the outside i see one on top but it says a x on manuel don't touch i don't see anything to get it to go from 1st to 2nd help me out please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey bud you need to take the gear set off the top set of gears. This will expose the clutch for 1st to 2nd.
