3 speed tranny.

I'm thinking about buying one in the future. I notice on ebay there is one for 60 bucks and another of 80 bucks,

60 dollar one

80 dollar one

Whats the difference and is it worth buying,

you might have to put the $60 one together and the $80 might come assembled.

thats what i was thinking, if the 80 one came with a tranny case too it would be worth it......

The x ss tranny case has the easy access top to it. If it has that housing it's worth it. To buy the x ss housing is around 20$ alone and it's worth every dime because you don't have to tear down the truck to adjust first and second gear.:40:

If its assembled i would think it is definetally worth it. Less hassle.

Get the x ss case, I still have the 25 case and dam it SUCKS having to tear the truck apart to adjust a shift point............and I mean it SUCKS
