3 speed tranny to flux conversion

doea anybody know what is needed to transform my 3 speed tranny to a single speed like used in the flux ? I'm on kind of a budget build. I am looking for part numbers if possible

you will need:
HPI Drive Gear 18-23t (1M) #86097
HPI Drive Gear 32t (1m) #86084
HPI Idler Gear 29t (1m) #86098
HPI Idler Gear 44t/Shaft Set #100905
you will also need whats circled in the picture that peice is different than whats in the 3 speed that one is longer and the 3 speed one is short may have to get a new tranny case to get one i don't know if they sell them by themselve.

but you can get them all at tcscrawlers.com they have the cheapest flux parts i have found. hope this helps.

What 3 speed do you have ? you may not need HPI Drive Gear 18-23t (1M) #86097
