3 speed=2 speed

I'm finally going to open my 3 speed because i am not get the 3 speed. I'm not sure but i think I'm going straight from 1st to 3rd so i want to know how much to adjust my 2nd and what way i should turn it I'm hoping to do it in my 1st try lol

A lot of the time I can hardly hear or notice mine shift to second because it does it rather quickly.

start by backing off the 3rd speed shift through the case turn it all the way in till it stops and 3rd wont come on. You will know for a fact if its 2nd or 3rd at that point then adjust the second gear till you like it. then bring in 3rd to the equation and tune it to hit when you want.

when i first got it it wouldnt shift than i started to adjust it from the hole on the right and now it shifts but only once i also tried driving it lightly to see it i can hear 1-2 still nothing
