.28 header gasket opinions

As I have been trying to get my savage running after a 2 yrs of sitting the silicone header gasket is shot. I question is there really a difference in say $3 gaskets and $15 ones beside price

as long as it is silicone I don't see a problem with them , I like General Silicones stuff I have a few and they are top notch stuff.....

It appears that the $15 gaskets last 5 times longer that the $3 ones .( in theorie ) LOL

@SavageDarwin Seriously the HPI ones go for anywhere from 4.99 to 16.00 a pair
the HPI 87049 are listed for SAV 21 and the HPI 105895 are listed for the SAV X . Both same size.
I prefer the BLACK gaskets as the Purple and the other colored ones seem to be of lesser strength .
