I'm guessing 1 part # goes on the pinions and 1 part # goes on the tranny.

imo- i wouldnt wast the $ on those; the stock will last you about as long as you own the truck.

Dude I don't know about that. I just starting looking for some on ebay tonight cause when changing out my steering servo I noticed that mine are hammered on. They aren't broke or cracked yet but the slot is about twice the size because they are so worn. On the diff sides only tho, tranny sides looks fine. I'm thinking I'm going to have a two wheel drive savage one of my next times out.
 
they will egg out over time. replace yours when you kill them finx. HD's blow out more then the stock part why IDK but they wear way worse... SHD hold up sweet but you have to so it all bones, axles, cups ....
