I bought used savage flux xl roller with losi lst xxl shocks(plastic ones) and i-rc lst shock conversion kit..
The deal is that 3 caps are broken,one shaft and shaft end is busted, probably need new cartridges with seals to prevent leaking...
So aluminium caps,shaft etc will cost me...

Altough i dislike some commercial about his stuff in video(berring and stuff)i think that there is no rc grade bearings..there are yust brand name bearings and japan bearings and cheap chinese stuff.

I think the key here is to use quality mx oil at 25:1 or 32:1.And yes less oil doesnt mean more power it is the other way around.We need oil to lube head walls which create more compresion and less friction betwen head and cyl rings.
About what brand of oil, youll hear huge amount of which one...
Ya true if you have intentions to bash look after shock limiting straps.You can make them yourself or buy premade ones like killer rc and some others..

Ya outerwears is a must for pull starter and air filter also look after mesh mod filter(you could buy outerfilter or made by gluing some mesh around back base of the engine) if you don't want to brake your flywheel.

Than you can upgrade when things broke.Stock clutch carier gets hot and distort and clutch screw broke ower time.Also check diff if it have any oil in cause sometimes come dry from factory,running dry diff gonna destroy it..
Problem with fuel boiling/vaporizing in carb is the problem of any engine who gets too hot...

I tried this with paperclip(i measured clip with calipers i found one that is a litle less than 1mm, with a little play i gues i get around 1mm gap) but i found that i could put it at angle that is why i am asking to be sure that i need to so slid it vertical..
