when i first got it it wouldnt shift than i started to adjust it from the hole on the right and now it shifts but only once i also tried driving it lightly to see it i can hear 1-2 still nothing
I'm finally going to open my 3 speed because i am not get the 3 speed. I'm not sure but i think I'm going straight from 1st to 3rd so i want to know how much to adjust my 2nd and what way i should turn it I'm hoping to do it in my 1st try lol
i have been running a metal one since i bought my savage used and it works for me never have to replace my spur gear and my transmission still works lol but I'm not a pro I'm still very noobish
yes it goes forward and wheelies and the carb slide is completely shut when i use the brakes. and when i adjust the idle at the idle screw it seems like its not making a difference so i can only adjust by the remote
i have it set the wheels are spinning when its off the ground and it is almost rolling away on flat ground but still the throttle is closing tight when i press the brakes
i change to the servo saver from the X and got a hump pack and it turns good lol when i first took it out i flipped it because it turned so sharp but if i get any problems i will check that thanks for the advice
I'm like on 1.5 gallons about but i will check out the piston and sleeve tonight... when i check it do i got to take it right out? or just look at the top? lol i have never opened a motor before so what should i look for.
i recently bought a 3 speed and i already lost my rubber plug where you adjust the shift time can i buy a new one? if they sell it can someone give me a part number i didnt see anything in the manual
hi i was playing with my savage today and it back fired loud and shut off so i checked if it would start up and it did but I'm not sure if anything needs to be fixed before i play with it again
finally got the brakes in today and went to try them out they worked mint. thanks for letting me know about them guys after 1 hour of play still brakes fine, what a change lol
well i changed the slipper pad and put it tight and cleaned the clutch bell thing on the inside put a 3 speed now its on the roof all the time lol thanks for the advice guys
i didnt notice the other posts but i am only using 4 aa batteries I'm going to upgrade to the hump pack soon and I'm going to try the new servo saver with the bearings but it does turn alot better with the new servo...thanks for the suggestion guys i will post how it works might not be for a while...
yeah i got new pads that go on the back of the spur gear and i thought they gears were stock but i bought it used so i know now. i will try it in the next couple days I'm still waiting for some breaks to come in the mail.
