    sorry don't have a camera at this time. i mean i mounted the brakes correctly, they just seem a little too big. are they slightly bigger then the stock fiberglass ones?

    k, well i have a question. i recently upgraded to the dual metal braking system. (#87150) it just seems to be rubbing on the clutch bell. not sure if others have experienced this too i have just a bone stock savage X

    so i tore apart my stock 2 speed X transmission. found i only had one of the washers thats between the two gears. how important is that extra washer? seems to be running fine otherwise.

    thats cool. ya i don't have a hump pack yet, prolly should be next upgrade before TX/RX anyways. i only once had a issue with loose batteries, now i wrap some electrical tape over the stock bat pack. haven't come lose again.

    thats awesome guys. ya I'm more of a basher anyways, so the frequencies arnt too much of a issue, but its the distance id like. cant seem to get more the couple hundred feet with mine right now. whipnet, what kind of distance you get with it?

    just wondering what is a good Ghz radio upgrade for my X. I'm just running stock radio, but i just don't get the distance id like. is there a decent cheap ( like couple hundred ) radio out there?

    ya i checked the spin, it was nice and free. but upon closer look i see I'm missing two screws that hold the brackets under the engine plate to the chassis prolly way too much movement on the engine.

    thanks guys, ya I'm sure ill be up and running shortly. the only reason i was going to pull those bolts was to seal up the crank case. but i sealed the carby so we will see how its gonna run now. plus i striped another spur so i had to pull everything anyways. starting to buy those things...
