    Rody, What exactly do you mean by tightening up the diffs? Shimming? The clutch shoes look good. Mike, from stock setting I had turned the HSN in 2 turns in and it was at about 290f. The MSN is a little in from flush, maybe 1/12. I tried your idea of lining up the pin holes on the MSN...

    So I started from scratch again and I continue to get the same results. from 200f - 290f the results: there is a considerable lack of perfromance and throttle response. At full throttle it runs like it is tuned extremely rich and it cannot get any more performance. But the truck idles...

    how to setup a Spur Gear ( I'm a newbie)

    if you don't have your manual with, i've taken print paper and folded it in half. I find this works for a good mesh as well.
