    well if you only turned it a quarter from stock settings then it is definetly rich, i would doubt its the spring, it really doesnt even make much sense how the spring would cause it to bog. you can tell very easily if the spring is catching though..

    i don't think he can idle at all fred. thats what it sounded like to me. if that is the case, take off your airfilter, and use youe radio to put your brake on. turn the idle screw till you have a 1-2MM gap in the hole in your carburetor .

    get a new plug and go with a cold one. i think the MC9 is what i get usually? someone might want to back me up on that one. switch fuels too, i just recently switched to odonells and i love it, way better then trinity monster.

    noo not at all, but from my experience with picco, not the 28, it is a much pickier engine. the LRP is very easy to find the sweetspot...all three are great engines which are pretty obvious as you can see from the engines used here on the site. 97% of the people on here are using one of those...
