    Servo Gears

Hi guys, I've now gone thru two sets of servo gears for the stock servo in the Savage XS. First was bashing on gravel/pavement, second time was on the beach. Is there metal gears I could replace the plastic ones with? Thanks, CC

    Drift Tires for Savage XS

Hi guys, Was out with my XS today and was thinking it would be a fun little drifter. I know pretty much nothing about RC drifting, I would like to ask what tires I could get to make my XS drift? Thanks,

    Savage XS Flux

Turns out there was something wrong with the TX/RX. I called HPI customer support and after having a conversation with the guy, he asked me to send it in. Less than two weeks later I had new. Thanks for all your suggestions guys. rctruck

    Savage XS Flux

Ok, turns out that was not the problem. Freshly charged battery (2S 5000mah), first pull of the trigger it works then nothing. Once I got closer to it, I put it into reverse to get it away from the fence and it went backwards out of control. I could not stop it. Luckily a curb got in its way...

    Savage XS Flux

Roughly 25 mins or so I guess. The battery is new. When this started to happen it had only been charged twice.

    Savage XS Flux

I don't think so Upbasher because I didn't adjust anything on the transmitter. Could it just be low voltage cut off?

    Savage XS Flux

I bought the xs flux over the weekend. Ran it twice and now it won't go forward or reverse but the steering works fine. The light on the esc is flashing green. What does that mean? Thanks,

    Savage X and Mud

Do you drive your Savage through mud and water? If so, what do you do to "prepare" your Savage prior to such activity? We've had alot of rain here in Alberta, which makes for some fun construction site bashing...
