Well I'm using the duel stainless steel breaks from HPI & a 15t clutch bell!

When i got my new engine (K4.6 HO) & dropped it in the savage x chassis, my breaks are rubbing on my clutch bell a good 1mm or soo..

The 2 screws holding the break pads together are tight, and the engine is set back all the way!

Still the breaks hit he clutch bell!!

I'm not sure if this will help but my fly wheel is about 1-2mm apart from the crank case !

If you can help please doo !
