What savage do you have? I have a Mid-Tank kit part number PRC125 which accepts the 250cc tank. This kit replaces the stock radio box. I do stock the tank and most other hardware needed for doing this mod.

It is designed to directly mount to the PRC or FLM Chassis Kits but will fit the stock savage as well but you will need to either drill a hole in the tvps if running the 21/25 TVP's or sandwich the X TVP's between the PRC125 Plate and a larger flat washer. It works wonders and removes any issues with HTL also gives for a larger tank. I also offer a PRC112 which accepts the Hellfire 150cc tank. Either of these can be drilled for a different tank as well.

The PRC125 requires the X style front bulkhead.

+1, 250 cc tank. fixes lean issue, protects the tank inside the tvps, runs a long time.
