If ya gonna do that. Just take a stock shock bump stop and put it over the shaft. Same thing nothing to buy....

You know thinking about it. Idk if these are good for the Big bores. They may effect the rebound drastically. I used them In LST 2's and aftershocks and they worked very well but the bore of the BBs is smaller and I think these may may mess with the oil flow.. Only one way to tell.... Freebie no loss
 
Thanks. Those two pieces are supposed to be taken out of the shocks right? I mean if you want to lower the rid hight.
 
no those 2 bumpstops(part 87058 on the instructions for the savage 25) take out of your stock shock and put them on your big bores the way bank has them in his pic

this will not allow the piston to go as far down in the shock and lower your ride height. same as having a shorter rod

OK I see. Thanks again for all of your help. I have not even tanken my savage out of the box yet. It's going to be a Christmas present for me. Long story. Going to order all of my goodies so I can work on my savage over the winter. It's like hell, I have my new toy but can't play with it yetpoop
