Hy HPISF,
I have a problem with my bell.
The screw that is in the head of the bell, i always find it unscrewed after a run.
Even if i put threat lock on it, it still fall dawn. What should i do to make that screw stay there?
Sorry for my English.....i am from Europe 😛

...

This problem i have, is happening from 2 weeks.
Before, it was fine, and is the same screw and the same threat lock.

I'm guessing but by the looks of that bearing that the screw and shims are too tight causing the screw to come loose, and it turn putting a too much pressure on the bearing causing premature failure. Try removing a shim so the bell spins free and bottom the screw out with rtv or light threadlock on it to keep it tight.

In the last picture it almost looks like your bearing is smoked. Try Blazer's suggestion. But also invest in some new bearings for the clutch bell. They are relatively inexpensive at $1 a piece.

I agree with these guys. I would replace the bearing even thought I have from time to time run with junk bearings. Also take some shims. When you tighten the screw make sure you can spin the bell very freely and has a little forward movement.

There are higher grades of lock tite as well.

Another is to get a hex head cap screw so you can get it much tighter. This will be the best thing to do.

How are the threads on the screw and in the end of the crank?

ok

Ok guys. Thx allot

The threads are good. I will change the screw with a hex head cap screw.

From the looks of the pics I say bearings and new hardware are a must. Go for a blue thread lock if you still have issues. I use no thread lock on any mill screws and have never had one back out on me. I prefer loctite brand stuff when and where I do use it.

I don't see any bearings in the front of the bell. You need them in the front and back.

The bearings are there, but they are trashed.

As it has been posted, replace the bearings, an improperly shimmed CB can be smoked in one tank. When you shim the CB, there should be a very very small amount of fwd/aft play and the CB should spin freely. When you put the screw in, loctite it and really tighten it down. Keep us posted on the outcome.

Trashed clutch bearings.
