Everyone has been a great help on the other questions I'm sure it will be the same here. I'll feel whole on my initial rc savage if I can lock up the breaks.

Here is the deal, the initial set up was not even close at neutral position I had to close the adjuster down so far to make contact with the spring, I was out of thread.

Did not concern my self as the whole thing was covered with so much oil from the breakin I figured nothing was going to hold.

Today, I have inserted a piece of fuel line (3/4 inch approx) inline with the spring so I have plenty of adjustment. A tip I read somewhere here!

Just a tiny finger tug on the adjuster and the breaks/tires lock up perfect but the things bearly grab using the remote. If I tighten down anymore it won't roll free. I'm begining to think it is the standard servo, not enough juice?

actually what i did was replace the spring with the fuel tubing i didnt use both the fuel tubing makes it easier for the servo to do its job and actually the stock throttle-brake servo works fine as you don't need a whole lot of power to run the throttle and brakes

The linkage travels freely both directions. Just does not seem to put enough pressure on the spring to be effective. As I said just a slight tug on the adjuster knob and the tires lock up just fine.
