Just woundering if anyone has a review on the DX3R. I'm using some of my holiday pay to get one in two weeks. It looks great and it sounds hi end any info? Cheers!

I have it, in a word its SWEET!!!! But the 2 position Aux only has 60 degrees of throw. So its sucks for reverse on a savage. You need to put a longer horn on it or use the 3 position setting on another switch and use that for steering or brake override. No complaints otherwise!!! Light, fast and any other good thing you might have read holds true. And it past the smash test yesterday. It fell 4 ft with a 15 pound bag driving it into a concrete floor. Its fine not a scratch. But I needed new shorts and my son ran for his life screaming, "I didn't mean it"... Its a awesome rig and I recommend it highly! I have also had the DX3.0 and that had nothing on this. Good luck on your choice.

Thanks Justin. Thats making it easy for me. There is alot of settings on there that is confusing to me. I'm use to the stock pull the trigger and go radio. Is this user friendly? or do u need to be up to snuff with the electronics? Cheers!

Its not bad it will take a little bit to understand every thing it can do. But you'll have it running in 30 Min's from the time you open the book. Thats Rx in adjusted to the truck and the walk out side.. If you can tune you own truck you can master its settings. Its all simple stuff no IT degree needed but theres things you've never seenbefore I'd assume. I'd be happy to walk you thru it once you have it. Here, I'm, shout box your choice... Just LMK My yahoo ID is

Thanks buddy I will keep in touch with that for as it does sound a bit intimidating. I'm a bash by heart and now want to try racing. I like the timer thing finding out how much nitro your using is great. Just the on the fly thing sound confusing. Cheers!

Well I just got back from my LHS and he had the last one. You guys sucked me to it lol. Wow I have it in my hands and what a diffrents in weight compare to the stock one. Now For the boring part.... READING!!!!! Cheers!!

My DX3R is great. Looks super cool and has the tech and features to back it up. I like the push/scroll button that you operate with your thumb, scroll through menus and settings quickly. the display is easy to read and I LOVE the fact that I can use one radio to operate all my stuff (wife likes that it declutters the RC part of the house too)

Ya its a great radio Iv'e had it for a week now and I'm still doing alot of reading. Props to BrankRupter for helping me get the setting on track. Cheers!

LMAO... Sorry I missed ya the other night pipper. I've been doing 2 pours a day for the last 2 weeks it's catching up with me. I was out cold at 8:30 last night. Ready to do the same again... 480ft strip and a 275ft pour tomorrow.2 feet at a time .... How many hours you been driving up there? The mixer drivers are lucky to do 2 pours a day around here... But I've been straight out! I'll be on Sat, after the strip. All Sunday I'll finish helping you set up on one of the two. TTYL.. ~Justin~

Hey buddy, thats funny I was going to apologise cuz I was out late the last two night, then I play in a poker tour in Ontario at night so I've been crazy to. As for the pours Its been late starts 1pm and late finishes 8pm but we are time and a half after 6pm so the money is better that way. No rain the last ten days wich is un heard of I wish I was in the US doing this Arizona or my favourite LAS VEGAS!! 3-4 pours for me on average. Are the drivers paid by load or Hour? We are $24Hr but there is talk on going about going by load.
Anyway if u want to hook up Sun that would be great no rush u have done alot for me with this DXR3 Happy Stripping lol Cheers!

The drivers out here are hourly too. I did a 26x26 box on top of the house today. I'm leaving the forms on till Monday. I pushed the guys too hard this week. They did a good job though lol (I'll tell you that) I left them feeling guilty that were not stripping tomorrow lol... Shh! :stickspank:

Ill be around all weekend.

As for anyone else Holla at me Ive had the 3R since its release I can answer most questions.
