So my build is almost complete. However I have one small problem:

Using the transmitter, I pull the trigger back to control the throttle, but it controls the brakes. Likewise, if I push the trigger forward to brake, this controls the throttle.

Obviously it is backwards. Checking the manual for my radio HiTEC Aggressor CRX), there is no way that I can see to reverse this.

I am sure it is something really simple, but could someone possible help me out?

Thanks all =)

There is probably a switch for it on the radio unless there really isnt a way on that radio but I have never seen a radio that has no way to reverse the direction of the servo. If this is the case you are either screwed or you can rotate the servo 180 Deg and it should be in the right direction then but you would have to re-do your linkages or buy a radio that can switch directions.

I am just reading the whole manual, I am just spotted something about "Servo reversing" alothough it doenst go into details, it just says that it is a menu option. I will go and have a fiddle!

Thanks for the info mate, you miss things when your rushing.

Ya know if i recal correctly there is a little thing you can plug inline to the servo from the reciever that will reverse the direction if theres nothing on the radio.

That should be it. I had to do that on my digital servo from the transmitter when I installed it.

I found the setting on my radio after going through the menus.. holidng select while turning the radio on.. anyhoo, it's all sorted 🙂

Thanks a lot mate!

Keep that radio manual with you at all times! I have an m11 and always screw settings up. Sometimes too many radio functions are headaches to adjust.
