New here and getting my savage's going for the spring. I found a body for a Savage XL that we're not going to use and was wondering if it's worth anything? If so this will help fund a new current platform. It's the HPI 104632 Jeep Wrangler body. https://www.hpiracing.com/en/part/104632

Originally we planned on converting one of my savages to an XL and getting this body painted but that was almost 15 years ago. Now conversions are too expensive and we're just going to do some light bashing with our savages and move on to another platform that has current support for the more abusive bashing.

Yeah I see listings for ones that aren't in stock anywhere. Was wondering what the actual value was for this or if anyone was even interested.

Ya just because it is listed doesn't mean it will ever be in stock ever again, I see much at Jet Hobby is out of stock. ya gotta beware dealing with some of these online vendors... As for the shell you can expect it to sell for the going cost of the item, unless you get a bidding war, you never know how much some folks are willing to pay for RC things.... List it on E Bay and see what happens ...

Also if looking at modernizing your bash vehicle I recommend talking to people about what they prefer and why, I just got the ARRMA KRATON V5 plenty of hopups available from many suppliers and this thing is tough and FAST as a scalded dog, I checked out all the bash trucks, watched videos and went to FB pages etc etc etc...

Best thing I can say is don't buy anything spur of the moment. it is worth it in the end to check them all out...

I'm looking at the Arrma Kraton as well. Local support, aftermarket support, and for the most part it looks like they support their vehicles for a long time.

I'll throw it on Ebay this week and see what happens starting it at the $40 range that I see them listed for everywhere sold out.
