Lrp 32 spec 4.1

Hi Everyone
Just picked up the lrp spec4.1 from amain and i also got the backplate LRP38557 and roto start LRP38146. However when i try to put the roto start on the screw holes do not line up. If i put them all in loose and start cranking down i can get it to fit but over time the plastic is going to crack from the pressure|force from stretching the plastic to get it to fit. Anyone else experiencing this issue ??

We have now analysed the issue in detail, and first of all, we would like to apologise for supplying faulty parts.

Our findings

You identified a fault that we were previously unaware of and had not received any reports about. We checked the parts in our warehouse and can confirm that you are right: the holes do not align correctly.

Proposed solution

We enlarged the 4 holes using a 3.3 mm drill bit. This resolves the alignment issue and allows the parts to be used without any further modifications.

Would you be able to make this adjustment yourself?

If this is not possible for you, could you please let us know where you purchased the item? We can then look into arranging a replacement through your supplier.
