Been Having A Problem With My Savage X Reving Up When I Give It Full Throttle Stopped Before Now Doing It Agian Tried Richening The Mixture Still The Linkage Does Not Seem To Be Caught On Anything. Can Anyone Help Thnks

are your bateries charged up.. thats a simple thing to check.. also you might be too lean on the low speed needle.. richen it up a little. do the pinch test.

simple pinch the fuel line at the carb inlet. and the engine should rev just slighty and then die.. should run no more then 3 sec , (if its too lean then it will die right away)... too rich it will run for more the 5 sec. until engine dies.. KEEP us POSTED !!! hope it helps

Is that a typo or am I missing something? Isn't it supposed to rev up when you give it full throttle? Just trying to be sure I understand the question...

yeah and also just check your fuel lines make sure you have no tears in it. mine did that same thing kinda rev up after a full throttle run. Found a hole in my fule line. Fixed it and it ran good again.
