Yes they do the Savage X ares are just lighter than the 25 ones.

In the opinions of JT and myself, yes. The arms from the 25 are slightly heavier and are stronger. The X ones work fine for racing, but the 25 ones hold up better to bashing.

also (I just learned this in the last couple of weeks) if you plan on ever using the IRC/LST shock conversion, it only works with the older 21/25 style A-Arms...
