if i tighten my shock more will it pull a wheelie

What do you mean by tighten ?
Do you have the aluminum threaded shocks that are adjustable?

If so not really, you might want to run thicker shock oil, check your gearing (stock gearing is 47s/17c)if your running the stock clutch shoes and springs that might be your problem, and if you mill (engine) has a good tune it should pull wheelies.

It should, don't hold your breath 🙂
It's critical to have a good tune on your mill to get the right torque to pop wheelies.

The axial .28's are the same motor as the HPI K4.6 just different name.
and yes those shows and springs will fit.

okbecause i was o the website and they said its only capatible with mugen buggies and truggies and frddy i don't kno i got to check when my car come out the shop

Half the parts on our savages aren't meant for the savage
yeah they will work with the axial .28
