Crown gear and Bevel gear binding

I'm having trouble with my diff the crown gear is binding on the bevel gear but its only on a small section of the crown gear that binds I alrady tried resetting the crown gear to see if it wasnt flush with the diff case but it is, any help?

can you take a pic? sounds like its shimmed to tight.

Could it come from the HPI that way because I haven't touched the diff?
