Belted Badlands

I'm getting ready to mount up some badlands and wondered if I should gorilla tape them or not. I know it wont really hurt to do it. I didnt know if it was really needed or not.

I don't think they balloon up. So i wouldnt do it. But thats just me.

They balloon. Tape them. I tape every tire I mount. It makes sense.

I agree... it can be (I think) but I'm old and putt it along ... They do balloon but not to the point they get uncontrollable. I don't belt any tire though even soft race tires. If they get that bad (Dirt bones) I go with better foams.

i have 2 sets of badlands and my belted set is now on the shelf as i prefer the non belted set better. the belted set may be better on road but ill take the non belted set off road anyday.

you turn the tire inside out & duct tape it like this. i tried it but I'm done with it. keeps the tire from ballooning but you lose grip as a result.
