I have the dual stainless steel disc brake and it always touches the clutch bell.

I got my Savage used, so I don't know if they have the same problem with the stock brakes.

I heard that if you switch back to this one, it will solve the problem? Can anyone confirm this.

bent motor plate is the leading cause of that touching ,,, yes these brakes are 10 times better anyways

Gearing will also play a role with this. If your running small gears they will touch. The Red fiber disc's are a slight bit smaller and do not seem to rub with any gear combination that I have found but I tend to run taller gears anymore with the more powerful mills out there now. The Red's are superior as far as the stock parts go there are some aftermarkets that will beat them but I run the Red's on 2 out of 3 of my Nitro Savage's and the other one runs my CF Disc replacements.

i agree with the cb/sg combos do to i ran into this problem when i put a 16T vented cb on my rig and it rubbed the very edge of the disc but like more parts on these things it will wear down and by then the rubbing issue is gone lol,but i don't recommend to continue letting it rub though.
