XS is a bit Noisy...any suggestion?

Just wondering if you guys have this issue and if there is a way to fix it....the truck just sounds a bit noisy now ...not sure if its the gears or cvs

Same problem. Its very noisy compared to my other trucks. When i push the brakes.. huhh it sounds like killing the car. Any idea?

It could be several things, dogbone clatter,gear mesh, or crap in the pinion or spur, differential noise, all one can do is isolate things 1 by 1 and see if you can find the noise...
Post up what you find.....

As Jam Stated, the easiet way to isolate it is just start eliminating things. I'd start with the motor, take it off, roll it. Still noisy? Pull the center bones. Still noisy? Check the diffs...

I bet it's between the pinion and spur though.
