Won’t start

Hi there, I’m new to this forum & just have a couple questions. I have a Savage X 4.6 Big Block & nothing seems to be working right. I can’t get it primed so it won’t start. The throttle needs to be adjusted cause when I pull trigger doesn’t seem like the throttle linkage moves very much. Any input , advice, would be greatly appreciated

First fix throttle because priming it without a good working throttle is useless.
How is the steering?
-smooth
-rough/slow
If slow or rough check battery/hump pack voltage, the battery mounted on the car powering the servos.
Should be atleast 6v and lowest around 4.4/4.2 any lower and that battery is dead or close to dying.

When youre done doing that check test the servos without any attached linkages or arms. And check for a smooth rotation and nonweirs stutter or sounds like grinding gears.
If you do see or hear something then it cod mean you need to replace the servo(s) in question.
