says it is 10% bigger than a standard servo so i bet you will have to mod the mounts some...
 
rats i missed that when i was reading on it i don't want to mod it lol i just want it go right in. thanks

I would never pay $165 for steering servo for my savage.....haha. :banghead:
 
It's probably taller from the flange to the bottom or the flange to the top. A Savox servo I put in my revo said the same thing, but bolted right in. Check the measurements of your servo and compare to what's listed for that.

That said, 500oz/in would be severe overkill for a savage... you could put 1:1 tires on that thing and turn them! 200oz would be plenty.
