upgrade to digital 2.4Ghz

1. no more crystals or interferance with other peeps Tx.
2. built in fail safe.
3. longer range (you can run your truck appx 3x father away from you)
4. faster data transfer (ie your truck will respond faster to your control input)
5. adjustability (ie. set servo endpoints, abs braking capability, throttle/steering response adj)
6. ability to control multiple models/r/c's using only 1 Tx.
7. eliminates the long antenna on your Tx & your Rx.

yep! that about says it all!! great info, will help out more then one person I'm sure!!!

Exactly what Fred said. I also love it that I rarely have to touch anything on the radio other than turn it on and go. I remember when I was running stock radios I had to adjust everything every time because the buttons would get bumper or something every time.

2.4ghz is also better on battery in the transmitter.

Same info that got me to but the same radio

digital radio gear was one of the very best upgrades I have done.

For me, one of the best reasons is one radio = many vehicles! No keeping track of different radios, batteries in them all, etc. Makes it very easy. The telemetry aspect is also a big draw - until I figure out how to tune properly, it is relatively cheap insurance - if I save myself from cooking one motor it paid for itself :)
