I'm going to get a set of new wheels that are 83x56mm and am not sure what size of tire I need to get to fit them. Help?

Those are 14mm hex wheels. In my opinion if you are going to upgrade wheels it's a good time to upgrade to the 17mm hexes. Alot less likely to strip.
That size wheel is a pretty common size. I have been very happy with my HPI Dirt Claws.
